Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

In most cases, Republic Of Athens Records will ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving purchase confirmation. Preorders will be shipped within 48 hours of arrival at the store. Some exceptions may apply due to a higher volume of orders during Black Friday, Holidays, and similar times.  

Orders placed with both in-stock and pre-orders will ship when pre-order becomes available.  If you would like in stock products sooner, we recommend ordering pre-order items along with in-stock items we suggest placing separate orders if you want your in-stock items to ship immediately.

Preferred shipping service can be selected during the checkout process. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated after selecting your preferred shipping service at checkout. 

All coupons and discount codes MUST BE APPLIED BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE CHECK OUT PROCESS. Coupons and discount codes CANNOT be applied retroactively.

CANCELLATION  AND RETURN POLICY:

• PRE ORDER CACELATION POLICY

For Pre-Order items, cancellations will only be accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date unless otherwise noted in the product description. All orders canceled after 7 days may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Pre-Orders must be cancelled within 7 days of original order date in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be provided on unshipped items that do not include digital content.

• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

For returns or exchanges of shipped orders, Republic Of Athens Records customer service must be contacted within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process. Returned items must be in original condition and are subject to inspection by Republic Of Athens Records staff before refund credit is applied.  Items returned not in original condition, (e.g. new records returned unsealed, inserts missing, or other differences in resalable status) will be assessed a restocking fee, which will be a minimum of 25% of the original order, appropriate or relative to the change in condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping and ancillary fees incurred with the return of items to Republic Of Athens Records. 

 

Reports of damage must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made beyond the 14-day window are not eligible for refund or store credit. To request a refund for damaged items shipped please contact orders@roarrecs.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with images of the damaged order. Please retain all outer packaging as well as the product itself until instructed further by Republic Of Athens Records customer service.

Orders damaged or lost in transit MAY NOT BE ELLIGIBLE for full replacement, or refunds (although store credit may be applied).
